Tonight I ordered my food at 5:30
with a requested delivery time of
I understand that delivering on
exact time can be difficult so I
like to think that requesting an
advance delivery time helps you
out; rather than ASAP.
I called at 7.25 and then again
at 7.45 because of non-arrival.
Both times I was told to give it
10minutes and the second time
asked if I would like free
drinks. Nice gesture.
The food arrived soon after
No free drinks. Poppadums with no
onions, chutney or anything.
I want to add that the food
quality was first class as usual;
very very good which is why you
frequently get my custom.
Hopefully reviews like this one
can help you improve.
Reply : I'm extremely sorry that you have experienced this kid of service. This is not us. We all of a sudden got really really busy and the delivery driver let us down half way hence, the delay. And I would like to apologise again.
